Since 1998, PHotoESPAÑA awards the best publications of the year, both in Spain and internationally. This year, the open call will receive submissions until May 10, 2021, in the following categories:
-Best photobook of the year (published in Spain)
-Best photobook of the year (published outside Spain)
-Best self-published photobook
-Outstanding publisher of the year
Authors and publishers of all nationalities can submit photobooks published between March 1, 2020 and March 1, 2021.
During the month of May, 2021, a pre-selection committee of professionals from the publishing field will select the finalists that will be exhibited at one of the Official Venues of the Festival.
