So there’s a crisis going on, that much we know. Not so much because of the affect it has had on our disposable income, more due to the fact that we (read: the capitalist Western world) are constantly talking about it. There have been crises in the world ever since humankind can remember. Food crises, economic crises and climate crises. It’s only now that the financial crisis is hitting our pockets that the alarm bells have started ringing. Self-involved? We’ll leave that up to you to decide. We couldn’t ignore it. This edition features subjects from past to present that convey what a crisis means, both for the individual and a country as a whole. And so we have it, printed in black and white on thin paper, the phenomenon ‘Crisis’ in pictures, and not just ‘ours’ either.
